including fresh vegetables and fish.

to guarantee freshness and quality.

• Long grain rice (500 g)
• Tomato cubes (400 g)
• Tomato purée (70 g)
• Sunflower oil (100 ml)
• Optional palm oil (100 ml, depending on availability)
• Fresh vegetables
• Traditional African spice mix
• Fresh fish (standard: ± 1kg mackerel or black tilapia)
